    First timer at this venue, but have dined at sister locations for many years. Side dishes of sprouts, cucumbers, daikon, spinach, dried tofu and spinach were as fresh as I've ever enjoyed. Short ribs and beef bulgogi came out sizzling, and were done just right. Also enjoyed the seafood pancake, pork tofu stew, and the summer special buckwheat noodles with brisket, julienned cucumber, radish in cold beef broth. The space was open and clean. Servers were attentive and flexible. Noise level was a little high, but not an issue. Will definitely try to come back soon!

    Stopped by SGD for lunch after a while. It wasn't too busy for Friday noon. We got a table right away. Seems like things have changed a bit, no longer I get a side of fish. Ordered the seafood tofu stew. Took some time for it to come out. It only had two shrimp and two mussels. No squid, no scallops, or any other types of seafood in there. But the tofu stew was good. Loved it with side of rice and all other side items like cucumber, egg and kimchi.

    This place deserves more love. Their sundubu is so flavorful and served in a stone bowl so it stays super hot until your last bite! You can adjust the level of spiciness and as someone who always likes a bit of heat, even the mildest one still tasted delicious. Their spicy pork and beef short ribs were a bit too greasy for my liking but still very tasty. You can ask for refills for the side dishes throughout your meal, and they provided quick service despite it being busy. They're also located in a big plaza so parking is fairly quick and easy.

    Idk why this place only has 3.7 stars because it's legit the best soft tofu soup I've had. The broth was flavorful, the kimchi tasted homemade and the service was great. This was my first time, and I dined by myself. They took care of me right away, food came out fast and everything was delicious. I will definitely be back, and already told my sister when she's in town I'll bring her too.
